Continuing Education Unit CoursesLooking to expand your professions?
If you are unsatisfied with STG’s continuing education services or programs, you are encouraged to file either an oral or a written complaint. Once a complaint has been received, STG will conduct an inquiry into the issue in a fair and expeditious manner. The inquiry will include an interview with the lecturer, along with a conversation with the complainant. STG will attempt to satisfy the complaint with the participant within three weeks of the event.
Speech Therapy Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all program events that are below the minimum participant requirement. Should a cancellation occur, STG staff will contact the participant about the cancellation or about any alternative program event(s). All refunds will occur within 7 business days.

Ms. Giles is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Speech Therapy Group, LLC. Melanie holds Masters degrees in Speech Pathology and Education/ABA and ASD, She has over 18 years’ experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental delays. She has lectured and trained professionals, students and parents communication disorders, swallowing impairments and Applied Behavior Analysis. Ms. Giles is pursuing her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College.
