Continuing Education Courses

Speech Therapy Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all program events that are below the minimum participant requirement.  The decision to cancel a course will be made at least 7 days prior to the course. Should a cancellation occur, STG staff will contact the participant about the cancellation or about any alternative program event(s). All refunds will occur within 7 business days. If a participant needs to cancel, they will be fully refunded if they cancel at least 7 business days prior to the date of the course. The participant will receive 50% refund if they cancel within 7 business days of the course. If a participant does not show up to the course at all without notifying Speech Therapy Group, there will be no refund applicable.

If you are unsatisfied with STG’s continuing education services or programs, you are encouraged to file either an oral or a written complaint. Once a complaint has been received, STG will conduct an inquiry into the issue in a fair and expeditious manner. The inquiry will include an interview with the lecturer, along with a conversation with the complainant. STG will attempt to satisfy the complaint with the participant within three weeks of the event.
